Hi,

Welcome to FreeBee. This blog lies at the heart of everything I do; it’s where my journey of self discovery and taking care of myself started, and where I laid the foundations to start building a business within this space. I started writing it in 2012, it’s grown and evolved massively over that time and along the way it’s created a community of like-minded people that I absolutely love, so I hope you enjoy what you find here too.
